At Warriors With Wings, we are dedicated to supporting veterans in need. Our mission is to provide resources and assistance that help restore their sense of self and hope. The Warriors with Wings (Federal Tax ID 85-3510590) is a civilian 501(c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit, volunteer led organization, which means your donation does not go to salaries or big, fancy offices, it goes straight to the veteran in need. We believe those who served, directly or indirectly, in the service of our military, can take positive strides and succeed at home by restoring their sense of self, family, and hope. Here in Iowa, Warriors with Wings provides comprehensive support programs for service members, veterans, and military families that are focused on transition, health & wellness, peer-to-peer engagement, and connections to community resources.

The Warriors with Wings' overall mission and vision is to significantly lower or eliminate all-together veteran suicide through treatments and research not accessible or available by the Department of Defense or Veterans Affairs, veterans can come home to their families after war to serve in their respective communities, so that their shared legacy will be one of action and service. We help bridge this gap between a Veteran's service and a healthy civilian life by showing them how to return home after war..
